I live in the American state Alabama, but Ablama is one of my favorite foods. I used to live in Texas and there was a Lebanese restaurant across the streeet from the hospital where I worked. I went there about once a week and was testing everything on the menu until I got to Ablama which was about 2/3 of the way through the entrees. I felt that I had arrived at perfection. It got to the point where I could call the restaurant and if the owner answered, all I had to say was "the usual" and it would be ready for me to pick up in 15 minutes. He started calling it Alabama with me because that was where I was from. I even got him to give me his recipe which is differnt from yours but I am a huge fan of Lebanese food.
