Congrats on a wonderfully successful dinner Fouad! We definitely enjoyed ourselves immensely and I was so impressed at how smoothly you pulled the whole thing off. It was great reading this post and getting to hear about the experience from your perspective. Thanks for letting us be part of it!

You should be very proud of yourself, you did a wonderful job coming up with the idea and then having the guts to pull it off, with delicious results! I think the quality of the dishes you produced is amazing for someone who had so little experience previously, I am still dreaming of those dumplings with the yoghurt sauce.
Thank you so much for doing this, I had a great time back in the kitchen again (and great post, wonderful overview of a very different perspective )

Great tasting food. My favourite main meals included:Chicken and Black Pudding Moghrabbiyeh and Young Organic Lamb Shish Barak.Absolutely delicious!!!!!

Was a fantastic night and dishes by everyone came out fantastic. I'm not too thrilled with my photo in the first shot of this blog with Eddie though. I look like an inflated food critic. hahaha!
No seriously I thank you for organising the whole thing and Trish for inviting me along. I've been telling people about it all week and I look forward to another when it is on the cards.

Fouad what a fantastic night filled with anxiety, excitement, releif and then happiness. Everyone had a fabulous time and the response they gave shouuld be something you should be so proud of. You did it, and it was a roaring success. Everyone was asking when you would arrange the next one, they were even brainstorming of new themes onthe tables.
The whole concept and mystery that surrounded the event only added to the experience which was made even more intimate and special at such a fantastic venue. I honestly believe the night went perfectly.
Your post was such a good insight into what you went through the past couple of months, but I hope the bug has hit you and it doesn't take you too long to set a date for the next one…..I already have ideas of new dishes
