How utterly bizarre a coincidence. I was on your site yesterday for a recipe, looking at a post from several years ago. I came back today to check something, but landed on the home page to find this post. I've been skirting around the edge of this type of eating for the past few weeks, and have been doing a ton of research on it. Then, completely random, here you are telling me how great it's been for you. Fate seems to be sending me a message.

Very interesting. I always feel so much better when I cut out (or at least cut down on) the grains. It's so true that in our modern world we rely way too much on just a few grains and plants. Isn't it amazing when you cut down on grains, how much your diet actually expands - there's so many amazing vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, meats... never ending variety!! Much more interesting than having a sandwich every day :) And makes you feel great too!!
