I just want to say how much I loved your evocative olive story – I felt as though I was there with you as the olives were picked with such care, crushed and pressed – and finally the oil was tasted!
Hi Elizabeth. Thanks so much for your comment. Glad you enjoyed the story 🙂
Hi Fouad,
I’ve just stumbled across your blog for the first time. It’s brilliant!
Writing is humorous, engaging, informative and recipes delicious.
My background is Egyptian. Born and raised mostly in Sydney but now living in London with my Greek husband. Favourite restaurant here is Ottolenghi.
I love, love, love to cook so I’ll certainly be giving quite a few of yours a whirl.
I’ve told my best friend about Chic Pea so hopefully she’ll book to eat there soon. She lives in the inner west so she’s nice and close.
Anyway, just a quick note to praise the good work you’re doing. Keep the recipes coming and good luck with your new venture!
