Who knew what her dalliances with Olive would take her! A tale salacious and full of (middle) eastern promise…
You are getting into poetry now? That thing in the pic, I dunno what it is called, but it looks delicious
*applause*
Bravo!
That’s all I have to say 🙂
hehehe love it
Hehehe. Thanks for the comments guys. Who knew a Larsonesque blog entry would even get any comments?
Viviane, it’s a rosemary and olive flat bread sprinkled with sea salt and brushed with olive oil before being baked at high heat. It’s simply amazing.
Good one Fouad! That’s brought a smile to my face…
This is amazing! I love the photo of the bread (a recipe soon?) and the two men in the background; since I did not recognize you, who did you hire for this? actors from the guild? anyway, they are perfect and this deserves to be in some national venue.
hey brian. hehehe. i’m still smiling to this day when i look at it.
keefek joumana? the recipe is quite simple. manakish dough topped with rosemary and olives and sprinkled with sea salt, then brushed with olive oil. funny you mention actors, as actually, one of them (ludwig, on the left) is a trained actor hehehe. the other one is my brother fady. they’re both handsome boys, but we touched up the dark shades a bit to bring out the sinister middle-easterner within!
